Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption across 5 key verticals
- Lead client workshops on disruptive innovation and market disruption scenarios
- Author quarterly trend reports featured in Wired and Harvard Business Review
- Manage $2M R&D budget for experimental prototyping labs
- Present to C-suite executives at Davos and CES conferences
- Mentor 8-person futurist team in systems thinking and scenario planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with 3+ years in executive leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity
- Expertise in blockchain, neurotech, and climate tech convergence
- Proficiency in Palantir and Tableau for trend visualization
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or Foresight Practitioners
