Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation adoption and future-proofing business models
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFTR) preferred
