Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or futurism at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
