Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks across technology, policy, and human behavior domains
- Author high-impact future-state reports and executive briefings translating complex foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team while fostering a culture of strategic curiosity
- Present future visions to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling narrative frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or platforms
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and global stakeholder engagement
