Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, societal, and economic domains to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026
- Develop and deliver scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-of-work paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with futurist methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
