Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite clients
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops and trend analysis initiatives
- Produce high-impact future intelligence reports with quantitative and qualitative insights
- Identify and analyze disruptive technologies, regulatory changes, and behavioral shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Mentor junior futurists and integrate foresight methodologies into client operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or technological disruption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite in Fortune 500 or global enterprise environments
