Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse software systems.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory accuracy.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
