Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks within tight timeframes.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld devices.
- Picking & Packing: Select items from shelves and prepare them for shipping with high precision.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy during the picking and packing process.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for verbal instructions and safety briefings.
