Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material movement during shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Lead team of 3-5 associates in efficient workflow execution
- Process shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Resolve operational issues with minimal supervision
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory software)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexible schedule availability (Fri-Sun nights)
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse/supervisory experience a plus
