Role Overview
As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and organizing storage areas efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory discrepancies or operational needs.
Qualifications
- Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well within a team.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
