Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts (10am-6pm)
- Manage 5-7 team members with clear task delegation
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and inventory checks
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Process transactions and maintain POS accuracy
- Train new weekend staff on service protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality/supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts
- Valid Colorado Food Handler/Safe Serve certification
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver
