Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging fields including neuro-interfaces and sustainable tech
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies for industry conferences
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and innovation accelerators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum systems, and biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
- Strong network with global tech research communities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
