Responsibilities

- Create predictive models for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-of-work paradigms and human-machine collaboration
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Advose on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and develop governance frameworks for responsible innovation
- Design and implement organizational resilience programs for volatile future scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their convergence implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for global organizations
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable narratives
- Strong facilitation skills with C-level executives across diverse industries
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
