- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-proof initiatives
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and investors
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work or speaking engagements on future-oriented topics
