Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and validate emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions by 2026
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Curate and present at exclusive thought leadership forums on the future of work, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Build predictive analytics models to quantify future market opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing research on future-of-work, climate resilience, or AI ethics
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling frameworks
- Expertise in decoding signals from academic research, patent data, and geopolitical shifts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
