Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with quantified impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state business models
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic foresight ROI
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or business strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
