Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and societal projections

- Develop scenario-based frameworks for organizational resilience and market positioning
- Lead executive workshops translating future insights into product development priorities
- Establish and maintain global networks with futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into billion-dollar business decisions
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, Foresight Practitioner)
