Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future market trends
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into roadmaps
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems and thought leadership initiatives
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots and risk mitigation
- Manage a portfolio of experimental innovation projects with 5+ year horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies or disruption
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with proven ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
