- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing strategies
- Produce white papers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Build predictive models using proprietary Horizon Analytics platform
- Advolve in patent development for emerging market innovations
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with specialization
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technological/societal trends
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CSSF) preferred
