Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks by synthesizing global tech trends, socio-economic shifts, and industry disruption patterns
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantitative models and scenario-planning methodologies
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Design innovation pipelines that bridge current capabilities with future market demands
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational evolution metrics
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or related discipline preferred
- Experience with futures simulation tools and predictive analytics platforms
