Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly Horizon Briefings mapping 2026 technological and societal disruptions
- Design adaptive roadmaps for clients transitioning to quantum-resistant infrastructure
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for AI governance and ethical deployment frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and industry coalitions
- Curate the annual Future Forward Summit featuring Nobel laureate speakers
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic communication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at enterprise level
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Strong network with academic futurists and technology thought leaders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
