- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and threats
- Analyze geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic factors impacting long-term strategy
- Build relationships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Present future intelligence to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning software, causal layered analysis)
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for complex trend mapping
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technological disruption topics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or futures.io)
