Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience against disruptive forces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate next-generation business models and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published work on future trends or technology forecasting (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience communicating to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
