Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated future needs
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling executive briefings and trend reports
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster future-oriented thinking
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry experts, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or other emerging technologies
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
