Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global megatrends (technological, social, environmental) to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Create scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain relationships with emerging technology incubators and research institutions
- Design and implement futures literacy programs for enterprise leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future concepts
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (industry journals, books)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
