- Design innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience solutions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and innovation summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks (required)
