Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive scenario planning frameworks for market disruptions and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, innovators, and academic partners
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal futurist training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated scenario planning experience
- Strong communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
