Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech) to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state visions
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-oriented business models
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused innovation roles
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning for C-suite audiences

- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Systems Thinking, or related field
