- Analyze emerging tech/social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives
- Produce foresight reports influencing R&D investment priorities
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on next-gen research initiatives
- Represent company at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership on 4IR or climate tech disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Fluency in 3+ languages preferred for global trend analysis
