- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization paths
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (white papers, books, or TED talks)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
