Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic foresight frameworks for clients anticipating 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans with 3-5 year horizons for enterprise clients
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends impacting future business landscapes
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and innovation partners
- Present insights to executive boards through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Drive innovation incubation programs for future-proofing client operations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into actionable executive insights
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and board-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations for global enterprises
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
