Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through quantitative modeling and qualitative analysis

- Author thought leadership publications on emerging futures
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Advise executive boards on long-term innovation portfolios
- Monitor global signals from academia, startups, and policy shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario development
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
