Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies through 2026+
- Develop and implement long-term strategic frameworks aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops using design thinking and scenario planning
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps for product, market, and operational evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor teams in adaptive methodologies and future-ready skill development
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with AI, biotech, or sustainability trend analysis
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
