Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Produce executive-ready scenario planning reports and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, technological breakthroughs, and cultural movements
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization and compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Strong publication record in futurist journals or thought leadership platforms
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategic insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF, WFS) preferred
