Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for long-term business resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams
- Establish and maintain global trend intelligence networks across industries and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future-facing topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals preferred
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
