Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for technology, market, and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-facing innovations into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptability and innovation ROI
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from WFS or APF)
