Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors
- Produce actionable scenario plans for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with 15+ stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
- Integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for competitive advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-building capabilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies a plus
