Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and cultural paradigms to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof initiatives
- Author forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for executive audiences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing 2026 challenges
- Establish KPIs to track strategic adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Represent company at global foresight forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and neurotech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or strategic journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ accurate predictions and impact analyses
