Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and market positioning
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and experimental validation
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers, conference presentations, and industry reports
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging technologies with 2026 consumer needs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
