- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to accelerate prototyping and experimentation
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive presence with C-suite influencing experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or recognized thought leader in innovation/futures domains
