Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products/services
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders via compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish foresight frameworks to embed future-readiness into company culture
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
