Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating moonshot projects with $10M+ potential
- Establish foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors on emerging opportunities
- Drive adoption of AI/quantum computing/biotech convergence strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and ethical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures journals (e.g., Futures, MIT Sloan)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio of 2026+ strategic frameworks or innovation roadmaps
