- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build scenario models for market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business initiatives
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, biotech, quantum, Web3
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in future studies
