What you'll achieve: Lead horizon-scanning initiatives, develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market entry, and foster a culture of innovation across 15 global teams. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and competitive positioning in the AI-driven economy.

Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and 5-year roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $5M annual innovation portfolio allocation for 2026-focused ventures
- Champion human-centered design principles in all strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or market expansions
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences; published thought leadership preferred
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Foresight Pro)
