- Present forward-looking insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to scout early-stage innovations
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies to continuously update strategic foresight
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategy execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, advanced automation, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic transformations
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
