Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies
- Translate foresight analysis into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and environmental shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic implementation success
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
