- Architect strategic roadmaps translating foresight into actionable R&D priorities with $50M+ annual budgets
- Present findings to executive leadership and boards through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning models
- Establish innovation KPIs tracking progress toward 2026 milestones and market disruption targets
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and innovation specialists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals (e.g., MIT Technology Review)
