Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market disruptions
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities and risks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough technologies
- Drive adoption of agile foresight methodologies across product development and marketing teams
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external investors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management or foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Experience leading global teams in remote-first environments
