Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and executive strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and disruption preparedness
- Champion cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurism leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact from innovation strategy implementation
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, SFI) highly desirable
- Experience scaling innovation in large organizations
