Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive trend reports and scenario models for 2026-2030 horizon
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops with Fortune 500 leadership
- Identify and quantify emerging technology disruptions (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Build strategic roadmaps for client innovation portfolios and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, designers, and industry experts
- Publish quarterly foresight briefs and present at global industry forums
- Maintain proprietary signal database and trend-tracking ecosystem
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
